Cancellation Policy
USE PROMO(COUPON) CODE FIRST1 for $15 off service for first time visit! Due to platform display, APPOINTMENT times MAYBE 20 minutes before or after hour selected. You will be notified with email. Clients may book appointments up to 1 month in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
