Clients may book appointments up to 1 month in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
