Booking policies

Booking

  • Appointments may be booked up to one month in advance.
  • Availability shown online comes live from our appointment system. The time you select is the time you get.
  • All session times are shown in Eastern Time (America/New_York).
  • First visit? Promo code FIRST1 gives $15 off your first visit.

Payment

  • Choose secure full payment online or pay in person at the studio. Online prepayment is optional.
  • Online card details are encrypted and tokenized by Square and never pass through our servers.
  • Eligible new clients can enter FIRST1 while booking for $15 off your first visit, whether paying now or at the visit.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • For changes within 24 hours of your appointment, contact Erika directly.
  • Rescheduling is free when requested more than 24 hours in advance.

Your visit

  • Sessions take place inside Chance Chiropractic Center, 1240 NW 11th Ave, Gainesville, by appointment only.
  • Questions about CBD-infused options? Ask before your session; some products contain hemp-derived CBD.
